The wine called 10 celebrates the 10th year of our vineyard production. It is a limited series of only 2510 bottles related to the year 2009. It has been produced only by dried Vernaccia nera grapes, lasted three months on wooden boxes. The fermentation ends for 18 months in wooden barriques and the refinement in bottle waits two months. The result is an intense ruby red wine with garnet hues. Delightful bouquet typical of Vernaccia Nera, with intense note of ripe red fruit and spicy scents. Fresh and enough savoury taste, with a delicate tannin. The perfect combination of 10 wine is with aged cheese, lasagne of grilled meat.
