87 Km is a IGT raisin Marche Rosso wine, based uniquely on 100% of dried Vernaccia Nera. The drying process is longer than the Vernaccia Dolce, it lasts at least 100 days on the wooden boxes. The refinement in barriques and bottle waits four months.
The result is an intense garnet red wine with darker hues. Delightful bouquet typical of Vernaccia Nera, with spicy scents. Inebriating taste, with a delicate tannin. 87 Km is perfect combined with creamy cakes, amaretto biscuits and aged and herb cheese.
