A table wine for a daily consumption, with a bright ruby red color with spicy aromas of berries.
It is a still wine, dry, fresh and full-bodied, quite persistent on the palate.
Perfect as an aperitif and to be combined with traditional liver appetizers or meat dishes as lasagna and blue fish.

Winemaking
The selection and harvesting of the grapes take place by hand. In the cellar the soft pressing of our grapes takes place during the harvest period. The process ends with fermentation in steel tanks.
